NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS – ONE-TIME USABLE PRODUCT

Due to the nature of our product – live Climbing Rose Seeds – we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Seeds are single-use and time-sensitive by nature. Once shipped or opened, they cannot be resold or reused.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you face germination issues, please reach out to us within 45 days of delivery. We offer free replacement seeds once per order, subject to photo proof and basic verification.

Note:

  • Refunds are not applicable on COD or Prepaid orders.

  • RTO (Return to Origin) or undelivered parcels due to incorrect address or refusal at doorstep are non-refundable.
